Built with the crews who lay the Glasfaser

Vistwerk is a small product team — Peakure, run by Mert Can Vural — building one thing: the documentation layer for German fiber and Tiefbau contractors. We work directly with the firms running Deutsche Telekom rollouts, not at a distance from them.

Why Vistwerk exists

On a Maintal FTTH project, the Bauabschnitt closes when the last crew leaves the Gehweg — but the Bauleiter's work is just starting. The Tagesbericht gets written after dark, reconstructed from a scroll of WhatsApp voice notes, photos, and texts from every Nachunternehmer that worked that day. Some of those messages are in Turkish. The HK and NVt codes are spoken, not typed.

That nightly reconstruction is the problem we build around. The crews already send everything from the field over WhatsApp. The record exists — it's just scattered across a chat thread and a tired person's memory. Vistwerk turns that thread into the documents the project actually has to file.

How we work

We build around the real documents, not generic forms. A Tagesbericht sub-grouped by Nachunternehmer, an Aufmaß that tallies crew hours and machines per workday, a Rückmeldedatei written back into the carrier's own Bauzeitenplan template — these are shaped against actual files and actual field messages from SunBau crews, then checked against what the Generalunternehmer has to hand to Stadt Maintal.

Nothing reaches a document on a guess. Spoken HK/NVt codes are fuzzy-matched against the project schedule from the Ablauf-Programm; anything below 0.7 confidence goes to a review queue before it lands anywhere. The original audio and photos stay attached to every entry, so a number can always be traced back to the message it came from.

  • EU-hosted and GDPR-first — field data and audio stay in the EU
  • Designed around the 5 documents the project files, not a template library
  • Shaped against real WhatsApp messages from SunBau crews in German and Turkish
  • Every generated figure traces back to its source message

Who we are

Peakure is the operator behind Vistwerk — a small team that ships, talks to the people in the field, and stays close to the worksite. We came to this through the contractors themselves, not through a market study, and that's still how the roadmap gets set.

See it on your own project

Bring a week of real field messages from one crew and we'll show you the Tagesbericht and Aufmaß they produce.
