Vistwerk charges for the people who log in to review and file documents, not for the field crews who send WhatsApp messages all day. All five documents and unlimited messages are included. Final scope and price are set with you during a short pilot on your own data.
How the price works
One simple model — no per-document fees, no surprise charge for a busy week.
Per active seat, per month
A seat is anyone who logs in — a Bauleiter, project manager, or admin reviewing entries and filing documents. Billed annually in EUR; VAT added where applicable.
Field crews are free
The crews sending voice notes, photos, and text over WhatsApp never count as seats. Add SunBau, Maktec, and every other Nachunternehmer crew without changing the price.
Included in every seat
No tiers to decode. The whole pipeline ships with the seat.

- Is it charged per document?
- No. All five document types and unlimited field messages are included in the seat price. A busy week never costs more than a quiet one.
- What exactly is a seat?
- Someone who logs into Vistwerk to review entries and file documents — typically a Bauleiter, project manager, or admin. The field crews who only send WhatsApp messages are not seats.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. Most teams start with one project and a handful of seats, then add subcontractors and Bauabschnitte as it proves out.
- Where is our data stored?
- In the EU (Supabase EU region, Vercel), GDPR-first. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
- Do we sign a long contract first?
- No. We set scope and price with you during a short pilot on your real field messages, before any annual commitment.
