The Fertigstellungsanzeige Stadt Maintal actually accepts

The TerraTest plate-load PDFs come off the machine with "Geforderter Evd = 0" — no threshold, no pass/fail. The Fertigstellungsanzeige is Stadt Maintal's Anlage-1 form with a Deutsche Telekom PTI134 stamp, and the GC never appears on it. Vistwerk sets the Evd target per project, pairs the vorher/nachher tests by GPS and time, and assembles the completion notice with the TerraTest PDFs as Anlagen.

The form is right or it comes back

Compliance here is not a vibe — it is a specific Stadt Maintal template, a specific Telekom stamp, and plate-load tests that have to prove they pass against a target the machine never printed.

No threshold on the PDF

Every TerraTest PDF ships "Geforderter Evd = 0". A Gehweg typically needs ≥ 40 MN/m². Without a per-project target set somewhere, the test proves nothing.

Filenames lie about pairs

The vorher/nachher pair you need can sit at house numbers ~40 m apart with mislabelled filenames. Pair the wrong two tests and the compaction record is wrong.

The form names the wrong parties

Stadt Maintal owns the template, Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH TNL Südwest PTI134 stamps it, and only SunBau is the Ausführende. Put the GC on the form and it's wrong.

How Vistwerk keeps it defensible

Targets, pairing, and the form are handled so the completion notice goes out right the first time — with the evidence behind every number.

Targets and pairing

Per-project Evd targets, tests paired by GPS and time

Set the required Evd once per project — for example ≥ 40 MN/m² on a Gehweg — and every TerraTest reading is checked against it instead of the machine's empty 0. Vorher/nachher pairs are matched by GPS proximity (under 5 m) and time order, not by the unreliable filename.

  • Required Evd configured per project, not per PDF
  • Vorher/nachher paired by GPS (< 5 m) + time order
  • Readings checked against the target, not against 0

The form and the trail

The Stadt-Maintal form, the PTI134 stamp, the Anlagen

The Fertigstellungsanzeige is assembled on Stadt Maintal's Anlage-1 template with the Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH TNL Südwest PTI134 block, SunBau named as Ausführende, and the TerraTest PDFs attached as Anlagen. Behind every entry sits the original photo, audio, and reading that produced it.

  • Stadt-Maintal Anlage-1 layout, GC left off the form
  • Telekom PTI134 stamp block, SunBau as Ausführende
  • TerraTest PDFs attached; original evidence behind each entry
