Every Bauabschnitt's status, and the Rückmeldedatei back to Telekom
Telekom hands down a Bauzeitenplan and expects it back each week with the IST progress filled in. Vistwerk writes that Rückmeldedatei from what the crews actually reported — back into Telekom's own workbook, not a new one — and gives the Generalunternehmer a single view of where every Bauabschnitt stands across every Nachunternehmer.
Two questions every week, neither easy
Where are we against the plan, and what do we send Telekom? Both answers live in WhatsApp threads spread across crews and subcontractors.
The IST is scattered
Telekom's Bauzeitenplan has the SOLL. The IST — what actually got done this week — is in voice notes and photos across three crews and two subs, never in the schedule.
Rebuilding the workbook
The weekly Rückmeldedatei is Telekom's own XLSX returned with progress filled in. Re-typing it into a fresh sheet breaks the format the carrier expects and risks a rejection.
No portfolio view
Across Bauabschnitte and subcontractors, nobody has one screen that says which section is done, which is in review, and which is behind — so status meetings run on guesswork.
What the GC gets
One source of truth from the field feeds both the weekly carrier file and the portfolio view.
The Rückmeldedatei written into Telekom's own workbook
Vistwerk opens the Bauzeitenplan Telekom sent, fills the IST cells from what the crews reported that week, and returns the same workbook — same layout, same tabs. It is a template-mutator, not a rebuild, so the file lands in the format the carrier expects.
- Telekom's own XLSX returned, not a new sheet
- IST cells filled from the week's field reports
- Same layout the carrier already accepts
Every Bauabschnitt and sub on one screen
The dashboard shows each Bauabschnitt's status across every Nachunternehmer — done, in review, behind — with the subcontractor filter always present so SunBau and Maktec never collapse into one number. The status meeting reads the screen instead of guessing.
- Status per Bauabschnitt: done, in review, behind
- Subcontractor filter always on — never collapsed
- Fed by the same field reports as the Rückmeldedatei
