Five German documents, built from the field record
Once the day's voice notes and photos clear review, Vistwerk assembles the documents the project actually needs — the sub-grouped Tagesbericht, the daily Aufmaß, the carrier's Rückmeldedatei filled back in, and the Stadt-Maintal Fertigstellungsanzeige. Each one matches the format the recipient already expects, so nothing gets bounced for the wrong layout.
One daily report, grouped by subcontractor
The Generalunternehmer files one Tagesbericht a day covering every sub that worked — SunBau on the Gehweg, Maktec on the next Bauabschnitt. Vistwerk keeps each Nachunternehmer in its own section instead of blending crews together, so the report reads the way Oppidom needs to file it.

A daily Aufmaß of hours, materials, and machines
This is the per-workday tally the client actually keeps — crew hours, materials laid, machines on site — not a priced billing summary. Vistwerk builds it from the same field entries, so the day's metres of Gehweg and the Verbau pulled are counted once and carried straight through.

Templates filled in, not rebuilt from scratch
The weekly Rückmeldedatei is the carrier's own Bauzeitenplan workbook returned with the IST cells filled — Vistwerk opens the uploaded XLSX, writes the progress in, and hands back the same file. The Fertigstellungsanzeige uses Stadt Maintal's Anlage-1 form exactly. The Fotodokumentation is still in design, pending the client's reference template — and we say so rather than ship a placeholder.
