Evd targets, paired plate-load tests, and the form Stadt Maintal accepts
TerraTest plate-load PDFs ship with Geforderter Evd = 0 — no threshold encoded, so nothing on the page tells you whether 41 MN/m² passed. Vistwerk sets the real per-project target, pairs the vorher/nachher tests by GPS instead of the unreliable filenames, and drops them into the Stadt-Maintal Fertigstellungsanzeige with the Deutsche Telekom Technik PTI134 stamp.
A real threshold, because the PDF doesn't carry one
Every TerraTest sheet says Geforderter Evd = 0 — the machine never knew the target, so a passing 41 and a failing 32 look identical on the page. Vistwerk holds the per-project target — typically ≥ 40 MN/m² on a Gehweg — and checks each measured Evd against it, so a fail is caught before the Fertigstellungsanzeige goes out, not after.
- Per-project Evd target set once — Gehweg, road, whatever the spec demands
- Every measured Evd checked against the real number, not the PDF's zero
- A below-target result is flagged, not filed
Vorher and nachher matched by GPS, not by filename
The filenames lie — one sampled pair sits ~40 m apart at different house numbers, and a vorher is dated after its nachher. Vistwerk pairs each before/after by GPS proximity under 5 m and time order, so the compaction proof actually compares the same spot before and after backfill.
- Paired by GPS distance under 5 m, then by time order
- Filename labels treated as a hint, never as the source of truth
- Mismatched or distant pairs surface for a person to resolve
Stadt Maintal's form, the Telekom stamp, the tests attached
The completion notice is Stadt Maintal's Anlage-1 template — not something we invent. It carries three blocks: Stadt Maintal as template owner, Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH TNL Südwest PTI134 as the filer stamp, and Stadt Maintal Betriebshof as recipient. The Generalunternehmer stays invisible on the form; only the Nachunternehmer is named as Ausführende, and the passing TerraTest PDFs attach as Anlage.
- Stadt Maintal's Anlage-1 layout, with the PTI134 filer stamp
- GC invisible; only the Nachunternehmer named as Ausführende
- Passing TerraTest PDFs attached as Anlage to the notice
