From a WhatsApp voice note to a filed Tagesbericht
Leon sends a 14-second voice note from Bauabschnitt 3. By the time the Bauleiter looks, it is already transcribed, the HK code is matched against the Ablauf-Programm, and it is sitting in the right section of the day's Tagesbericht. The field already reports — into the wrong place
Crews send everything you need over WhatsApp. The problem is what happens after it lands: nobody reads a chat log and gets a Tagesbericht for free.
Two languages, one chat
Leon writes German, Necmettin's voice notes are Turkish. A person re-keying at 18:00 has to follow both — and mishears the one that isn't their first language.
Codes buried in audio
"HK 4R/79 fertig" is spoken, not typed. The code that drives the Aufmaß is sitting inside a voice note nobody has time to replay and verify against the plan.
Nothing is grouped
Three crews, two subcontractors, one flat thread. The Tagesbericht has to be sub-grouped, and the chat gives you no structure to start from.
