Vistwerk is a small team, and we don't have formal positions posted right now. But we'd rather hear from the right person early than miss them. If you know German Tiefbau and fiber documentation, or you build pragmatic product, we want to read your message.
Who we'd like to hear from
Two kinds of people tend to fit here. The first knows the work itself — how a Bauleiter actually assembles a Tagesbericht, what a Nachunternehmer's Aufmaß has to show, what Stadt Maintal will and won't accept on a Fertigstellungsanzeige. The second builds software that holds up in the field: pragmatic, honest about edge cases, allergic to features nobody asked for.
You don't need both. If you have one of them and care about the other, that's a good start.
- German Tiefbau / fiber documentation experience (Bauleiter, QS, Aufmaß)
- Or: pragmatic product and engineering — ships, then talks to users
- Comfortable with German domain detail; German or Turkish a real plus
What we care about
Closeness to the field over distance from it. We'd rather sit with a crew's WhatsApp thread for an afternoon than guess at a spec. Shipping real documents over demos — the bar is whether a Generalunternehmer would file the output, not whether it looks good in a slide. And EU/GDPR seriousness, because field audio and crew data are not something to be casual about.
